Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hi My name is Nick Shepherd I'm 20 years old.

I'm a social | Nightlife Photographer.
Ex photographer for SnapStarlive which is a Nightlife magazine in New Zealand / Australia / USA.

I was head of photography for a New Zealand wide festival for under 18's so they're able to enjoy the "nightclub" feel with the Major artists like Skrillex and so on without the alcohol and 'danger' of nightclubs for under 18's.

I'm currently working for GoPro (gopro.com) as technical support for their cameras for Australian / North American customers.

I think I should be selected as I love photography and it's taken me some amazing places, I've met some amazing people in the time with my work and I'd love to carry that into Nat Geo. Watch the photographers on TV and it looks like such an amazing chance to learn so much more then apply the information I've learnt to possible future positions.
