Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited - The Treachery of Iceland

I have always loved to paint. I paint dream-like images that come from hidden places in my mind. I have also always had a passion for travelling. I love witnessing first hand what other cultures hold dear, and I have always documented my travels in journals until now. I purchased my first DSLR two years ago, and photography has quickly risen as one of my passions. I strive to take pictures that are not only stirring for me and others to look at, but ones that I see as a piece of art... a painting.
