Photos: My Scholarship entry - A day in God's Own Country

I'm Shubham Dharmsktu, I was born in a small hill station in Uttarakhand, India. 'Traveling' and Photography are my essential tools in my journey to discover the world, and myself. I am a student of Graphic Design at NID in Ahmedabad, but apart from that I'm always on the move, traveling for months at a stretch, to satisfy my undying craving to explore new places, and pursue my passion to learn the art of photography. Winning this scholarship will be an opportunity to learn from cultures, environments and people vastly different from those I've been learning from in my country. I believe that every great teacher, be it Jesus or Buddha, was a traveler first, and learned from the world, so here I am trying to follow in the footsteps of those I am inspired by!
