I was the quiet kid in class who lived - and still lives - a secret crazy life. I've taken many risks that scare me when I look back and wonder how I survived. I once stepped aboard a rusty old propeller-powered Russian plane to fly to the contaminated "closed" city of Norilsk in far northern Siberia. It was so polluted the sky was orange with sulphur, and the few trees were twisted and grew towards the ground. I narrowly escaped arrest for showing my camera from inside a car. Now I run a video production business - doing creative business videos and cinematic weddings, but my real passion is short, experience-rich mini documentaries. I'm hungry for more adventure - but not the standard skydiving and bungee jumping - I've done all that.
