Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Twenty years ago I started to travel and work abroad, which I really enjoyed doing. Traveling and meeting people encouraged me to remain inquisitive, curious and open-minded which all contributed to easy conversation and opened doors to the world hidden for the average tourist. Currently I have a rather demanding job that I started to combine with a study of photography. My job is all about consulting and coaching people within all the hierarchical layers within (governmental) organizations. Again, I have learned a lot that I can also put to use as a photographer. Do I want to learn, absolutely, work and study is though but worth it. My open and easy, but outgoing personality combined with my travel experience have a notably positive influence on my approach to photography. Photography is a way of living that brings me back to the way I used live and I must say it feels like coming home even now just as a student. I've found my true passion (and I do not care if that sounds corny)
