Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited, Asam Kumbang Crocodile Park

I was graduated from 3 years diploma program in Information Management subject. Working as a freelance designer and having basic experience as amateur wedding videographer in weekend, both of those reasons have driven me in loving photography.
I love every chances acting as the one who documented the moment by camera.

Most of the people who loves taking picture with camera, also loves traveling to many new places, and I'm also one of them.

For me, traveling is a branch of life of school. And the photography is the way how I can learn to see in many perspectives, absorb the meaning, and share the lesson to the others.

Whenever I share to my friends about my dream that I wanna have a lot of traveling around the world while doing my job - but I don't know how to do it, I often get discouragements.

But since I knew the information about this kind of scholarship offered by World Nomads last year, finally I knew that there's a possibility for it which is called a Travel Photography.

So, again, on this second year's submission, I'd like to propose my self to learn from Jason by this scholarship.
Can't wait for good news from you to be a Travel Photographer.

Regards,
Odell

Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited (Taman Lanud)

My father is a traditional wedding videographer in our residence. During the day, I always asked to the photographer many things related to photography.

When I was in school, I often accidentally proposed my self to have role as a documentation committee in many activities around me. And until now, I really enjoy taking the photos during the activities, although my face almost never existed in such activities.

I realize that photography always give me inner satisfaction every time I see through the lens with different side about something, capture the moments.

Tech, camera and visiting new places always give many satisfactions and pleasures for me. Because I can find something new.
In the last of 2012, I replaced my mobile phone with a DSLR camera to accompany my photographic practice.

I believe that it's my way to seriously deepen my knowledge in the field of photography, because I've found all my passions are in it.
I'm sure that doing what I'm passionate about will give huge positive impacts.

I'm very eager to learn and be guided through this scholarship. I really wish that it may be able to educate me, so that I can learn to stand on my feet, walk, and run in photography.

Sincerely,
Fadhel
