WorldNomads Journals get a facelift

WORLDWIDE | Wednesday, 24 February 2010 | Views [2035]

We're gearing up to launch some facelift changes to the WorldNomads Journals and the Adventures section. Here's what you can expect:

The Adventures section

Main changes: We're making some minor changes to the top navigation section to help you better understand where you are.  We've changed the fonts and font colours to brighten things up and make it easier to read

Destinations Pages - now have travel Q&A

We're collaborating with our friends at travellr.com to integrate  their fantastic travel Q&A service directly into our pages.  As well as browsing thousands of stories and photos to get inspiration on where you want to go, you can also ask specific questions directly from these pages.

On your own WorldNomads Journal

Main changes: We've taken away the border to increase the space you've got to play in.  And the link colours are changing from the olive green to an easy-to-read blue.

Bigger Photos

With more space to play with, we thought we'd let you upload bigger photos.  Each one is now 520 pixels wide and really brings to life your favourite holiday snaps

If you have any suggestions you have for improving the journal software or questions about how to get the most out of yours, drop me a line.  Happy – and safe tavels
