I love travelling, however due to various commitments, I have been unable to travel as much as I would like to. In short, I am an ordinary person with an ordinary life. My ordinary life is made extraordinary by the things I enjoy most – Family, travel, photography and sampling food from across the globe.<br/><br/>Growing up, our family travelled all over India, owing to my dad’s job. In the course of the first 20 years of my life, I had seen more of the beautiful country than many of my contemporaries will get to see in their life time. <br/><br/>In the last decade I have lived in Dubai and visited Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Qwain, Ras Al Khaima, Al Ain, Thailand and revisited Kerala. I recently migrated to Canada. I have a store of memories that are sometimes lost in day to day life, with only photographs to remind me of the great times we had. <br/><br/>With this scholorship, I would love to learn the art of storytelling through photographs, the techniques that set a great photographer apart from a mediocre one. I would like to know what I am doing right and what I can improve.
