Passport & Plate - Grandma' cheesecakes

Ingredients
For making my grandma' cheesecakes from the curd with raisins we need:
-500 gramm of curd,
-2 eggs,
-soda,
-2 glasses of flour,
-1 glass of sugar
- and salt.

And a bit raisins for filling.

 

How to prepare this recipe
We should take :
-500 gramm of curd,
-2 eggs,
-soda,
-2 glasses of flour,
-1 glass of sugar and a bit salt.
From all of this components we must prepare a dough

Then we must add a bit raisins for filling and make a small cheesecakes which we're going to roast then.

 

The story behind this recipe
I was born in Ukraine but all my life I live in Kyrgyzstan. My mom shared with me how to cook cheesecakes which cooked her grandma. :)

Cheesecakes ... ruddy, with smell and taste of childhood. My mom's grandmother cooked it to her ... The cheese to my great-grandma gave her favorite Burenka, testicles for cheesecakes brought the Golden hen. It was a holiday, when the whole family was going together with grandmother who treated them by cheesecakes with sour cream and fresh milk or cherry compote. To cheesecakes Grandma usualy tried to add raisins and it was just a celebration of the soul. By her hardworking handles she could cook a simple dish, but it was always cooked with her soul and love.
