I have been interested in photography for the past five years since I visited Tanzania on a fundraising trip. I was shocked by how different the world was after a short journey and felt i wanted others to see and experience this through my photography. I'm also passionate about getting involved with others lives and learning how they live. Photography is a way for me to meet new people and learn from them whilst being able to relive the moment. I love to take portraits but have also recently become interested in landscape as i feel it can also tell us about humans, culture and the way we live. I feel i would like to become a travel photographer or journalist because I feel it is important to educate others about the world. It is a career which would keep me challenged, and excited every day. I'm always enthusiastic to learn and meet new people but i feel i need a lot more confidence and experience to pursue my work.
