...with a chicken sandwich! Seriously, this sandwich is so good that I feel guilty when I eat something else - like I am cheating or something. And when I have had something else (like today when I had Pad Thai), it hasn't been nearly as satisfying. It is made on a small baguette type bun with tomato and cucumber; cheese: sweet chili and mayo sauces and crispy fried chicken (heaps of it). The crispy part is so flavorful. It takes me two meals to eat it. And the best part? It costs THB90 which translates into about $4. It would cost even less but what is going on with the Canadian dollar? It seems to have taken a bit of a nose dive.
If you ever have the good fortune to visit Koh Tao, you must have this sandwich from the little booth across from the yellow rock on the main street in Mae Haad!
