Documentary Scholarship 2011 entry

It seems I enjoy watching the filming diaries on the BBC Earth project just as much as (if not more than) the documentaries themselves, and having taken part in an intense PSA workshop I feel I need to find a creative outlet to put my acquired skills to good use.
I find an innate peace in natural environments. From the intricate zig-zag patterns of the Whale Sharks in Oman to incredible breathing system that make up the cloud forests of Sri Lanka.

Professionally, I'm currently working as a professional diver for an environmental consultants and have done work as a researcher and contributor in recycling projects within the GCC.

On a personal note, I live an active life. From traveling and youth programs (Such as the Ship for World Youth Program) to being a member of 'Break the Static' crew and free diving in the UK.
