Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Last year I was knocked down by a taxi. I was crossing the street at the green pedestrian man, heading to the gym when... well, crash. It was one if those moments, not life changing, but a turning point that helped me realise what I already know. I love travelling, and I love photography. I'm a media teacher from Melbourne, Australia, but right now I am a backpacker, having the best time exploring the world. I could not be happier doing anything else but seeing a new country and trying to capture the experience through my lens. The perpetual challenge of trying to portray a 3D experience in a 2D image is addictive and becoming a passion of mine.

A specific project is exactly what I need to develop some real photography skills and a critical eye. This assignment is exactly what I am looking for, and it would be an unbelievable experience for me as I am ready to learn.
