Born in Poland at a turbulent time, I remember my parents documenting our voyages as we sought refuge. We eventually became Canadian citizens, and soon after, I began my own globetrotting quest, camera firmly in hand. A decade of working in humanitarian aid with the United Nations has taken me to many captivating cultures and visually stunning places around the planet. The journeys fuelled my photography, and vice versa. Taking photos consumes and unleashes me.
