Photos: Home

As a young man growing up in Australia I have become fascinated by the wonderful things we encounter every day.
As a child I found myself amazed by the pictures I saw from all over the world and I would imagine myself in that time and place, the sounds, the smells, the colours, and for that moment I was there.
As I grew I developed a great passion and desire to capture those interesting moments and to convey those places in time so that others can enjoy the same as I had.
A great dream of mine has always been to make photography my life's persuit and through the magic of photos be able to help others form a great appreciation and sense of responsibility to protect and explore the amazing wonders of our great world and the creatures in it.
I truly believe the old saying "A picture speaks a thousand words" is very true and in these modern times with greater access to information photography is more important than ever.
To be chosen for this scholarship would be a great privelege for me to do my part in educating the world and opening up otherwise only places on a globe to the hearts and imaginations of everyone.
