The Colors of Life: Morocco

It was first days of August when we reached Morocco with the car from Portugal. A week left until Ramadan - a special month of the year for all the the Muslims in the world, a time for devotion to God and self-control.

A 'place' I have visited

I'm a web and multimedia designer who has a big passion for photography, non commercial cinema and travels.

Photography for me, first of all, is a feeling…A different feeling every time I capture a picture, a different feeling every time I look at the picture, different feelings that other people can have while looking to the picture…

Secondly, photography for me is a journey… A journey through places and time. And when you have a feeling and a journey you have a story. A story that goes behind a photo.

My first touch with photography was while browsing those mentioned “stories” in the albums of R. Bresson and R. Doisneau. After I finished my studies I started to travel more, hike in the nature more, “get lost” in other cultures (what I love!) more, started to capture the colors of life in different places and share them with others.

For me, this scholarship would be a very special opportunity to grow, to take steps and ideas about travel blogging turn into the reality. It would be an opportunity and honor to learn from the professional photographer and it would be an opportunity to capture the colors of life in Greenland and share them with others.
