I communed with nature this morning taking a walk at before seven along a very pretty little country road in Coulon.

The hedge rows were full of birds twitting as well as the ripening bunches of blackberries tangled throughout the hedges.

I don't really know what the main element of the hedges are in will find out in due course.

I woke up very early and couldn't sleep so after doing a prodigious amount of emails went for a walk to clear my head.

Have set my sights on doing more walking like this one once I know I am safe from dogs.
