The object of my photography is to capture with little literalness yet much accuracy, the feel of a place. This is not to say that I think that my medium is better, it just shows the conviction I have for what I do. As a result, I am not very employable, which I have come to take as a blessing because I have had to do follow things through despite hardly ever being paid for it. Through my photographs I take an anthropological stance but try to at all times show how art is present in 'everydayness' through composition. I try to capture what may be known or assumed about certain environments and then present my own observations which are often novel and moving.
