A 'place' I have visited

When I saw this scholarships' advertisement I had goose bumps, and I thought to myself ,wow ,if I win this it would be perfect because it's simple-I love to learn,I love to travel, I love to click.I think photography is not only about technique and composition, but also about patience and capturing the right moment in your lens to tell a story of that time or place.This is what I strive for in each photo I click-to not only preserve the memory in time, but also make people experience what I have experienced.
I love interacting with different kinds of people and to learn about them, their culture and their way of life and this is primarily why I love to travel.
Being a girl in India who has a dream of being a travel and street photographer,I can’t think of a better start for my career in photography than this scholarship.If this scholarship is given to me it would mean a lot to me.I would take so much from it-the experience of sharing space with such an experienced photographer,and doing what I love- learning, clicking, travelling, and experiencing a new place and a new culture, would be a dream come true.
