A Cuban Honeymoon

I discovered my passion for photography when travelling the world during a GAP year in 2006-2007. On my travels through Asia I managed to break 2 compact cameras and so in Australia I decided to buy my first Dslr (a Nikon D40) with the savings from my temporary job in Sydney and have never looked back. It took a lot of courage to finally step out of 'Auto' mode and change a lens but I finally got there! I take all kinds go photos I have photographed a few weddings for friends, (in Cuba I ended up taking a few shots for a couple who were getting married on the beach) taken photos of babies and families but I am most happiest when photographing animals. I would like to be chosen as I haven't really undertaken any kind of formal training in photography and would love to develop my skills further and increase my confidence behind the camera.
