It's pretty tough, and Kate and Noor are both looking at me like they know I have not really done a thing all day.</p><p>Have had a few emails from John. He's in Muscat now about to head off on his road trip in Oman. Looking forward to seeing him, but more than anything I am looking forward to hitting the road and just relaxing and taking it all in.
