Labirent at the airport

When I saw the email that I was invited to take part in seminar, which will be held in Strasbourg,I was stunned. For my entire life,I have been nowhere except Russia and it was so many years ago that I barely remember.We-I and my husband were preparing for this long-expected trip for 2 months.By the way,one of the most enjoyable things about travelling is to get itchy feet before the trip.Suitcases are done, all revved up and you are raring to go.That night I didn't sleep at all;I was smiling to the darkness the whole night. Our flight was at 6 pm.We chose such a route to Strasbourg:Baku-Vienna-Paris by plane and Paris- Strasbourg by train. Why?Because it was cheaper for 300 Euros. When we arrived to Vienna we had 45 minutes for boarding to fly to Paris.Firstly,we didn't think it was a big deal, unless, didn't realize that Vienna Airport was 100 times bigger than the airport of Baku and we absolutely don’t know where to go.When we asked a receptionist where we should go,she explained that we should enter the second terminal. We started to panic and,of course, run with the speed of light.I hadn't time to stare at Vienna even for a moment. When we came to the second terminal there were 15 minutes left for leaving of our plane, that’s why we began immediately to search for Air France. When we found it at last, they told us that we were too late.I was panicked, freaked out, frustrated and so on.Oh my God! What did we supposed to do then?We had no extra money for another ticket or hotel.I was so overexcited that I literally felt my heart in my mouth.Still, I knew that it was not time for panic attacks, that’s why I cooled off, gained control of myself and began to talk.I tried to explain that we have no money for other tickets. It was very difficult, especially considering that they didn't know English well. But I think they felt my desperation,as they let us go to the gate.We didn't have time for cheering up from the permission,as we had 5 minutes and a lot of distance to run.As it turned out not only to run,but also up and down millions of stairs. When I felt that I could not run anymore,we saw the magical “G”. New energy revived in me and we opened the doors. The only thing I remember is that we began to take of shoes, coats, and took them and handbags to the basket and gave documents to airport workers. After a minute we were running again, shoes and coats in our hands and crying loudly: “Paris?” and a stewardess replied cheerfully: “Yes”. As soon as we entered, the door closed.
