Photos: Shoddy shots.

I'm a current graduate student at Virginia Tech studying Applied and Agricultural Economics. I like the practicality and the promise of my future career, yet I when I should be staring at my computer screen analyzing data, I'm usually staring out at the window. I've had a taste of the world, yet feel as small as ever. The more places I go, the more people I meet, the wilder the ascent, the more I feel as if I'm slowly piecing together the meaning of my life. Though I do no consider myself a great photographer whatsoever, attempting to capture the moment that so many know so little excites me immensely. I prefer to capture moments of raw nature and pure human action. No staging, no portraits, no shoots. Just what's there. That's what I like. That's what I like showing people. And that's why I should be chosen.
