Photos: My Scholarship entry - What will be left?

My name is Jenny, and my life is in one of the most uncomfortable in-between phases I've ever known. I worked as a Dental Hygienist for several years, on and off. Without fail, I’d slowly feel the creep of monotony. Deep down, I knew Hygiene wasn't my true calling. I believe individuals who are awakened to their true passion early on, and have parents who nurture it are truly blessed. If not,a kind of disconnect can happen; depression and confusion can fill the void. As a result, I am living the shame and relief of a long period of joblessness, and moving back home. Using the last of my savings to satiate my endless wanderlust was a source of happiness and inspiration. My mission now is to express my true self, and follow my bliss. For as long as I can remember, I've loved photography. But,my hobby stopped short at mechanics. Art and creating are my most effortless expressions. To grow and learn while seeing the world is a giant leap toward my best life. In my heart of hearts, capturing images for a magazine, philanthropic organization, or my own calendars is what I aspire to manifest. In a way, this scholarship would be gifting me back to myself; for which, I'd be forever grateful.
