My Photo scholarship 2011 entry

Throughout the last year I have had the privilege of visiting different places of worship around Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. I cannot say that all religions are the same, they all have fundamental differences. However all of these places of worship are calm, peaceful and serene.

These pictures, taken from different places of worship, focus on the common bonds each faith hold rather than what sets them apart. They focus on the feeling and the emotion rather than the tangible differences.

“The essence of all religions is one. Only their approaches are different” – Mohandas Ghandi
