For quite a while now, since I started getting aware of myself in a huge world, I've dreamt of having the opportunity of making a difference. I want to change the world for the better. I want to give people hope and find some for myself. Confidence has been a problem for me for as long as I can remember, though. Everybody tells me that I'm talented, that I'm smart, that I have what it takes to be successful and achieve anything I want, but I can only half-believe it because even though I think I have good skills, I haven't been able to create an opportunity for myself so I can actually reach a lot of people effectively and feel like I'm making a real difference. This trip could help me start something, a career in a field that I love but that is currently hard for me to reach given my resources. I think that I have some skills, but I believe this trip would help me develop them as well. I'm a nice guy and I really like to give myself away when I do something. I would like this opportunity to learn how to show people that our world is beautiful.
