My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

Living in one of the well-known historical cities of the world has an opportunity in terms of having many visuals to be captured. Istanbul is such a multicultural cosmopolis, with its architecture, history, and such a city where Occident and Orient meets.
I am a photography student who cannot keep himself from monitoring this whole visual beauty of the city.
Tourists in general captures memorial photos of the Bhosphorus, Hagia Sophia, Sultanahment Mosque or panaromas of the Galata Tower. However, like all the other countries, here also exists a life going on. Children playing at the sea, lovers meeting in quiet places, employees hurrying to catch a bus at the traffic jam or waiting on the line for the boat etc. We breathe and smile. For everyone of us there can only be one Istanbul.
