Hi There People,

This is Niveditha. An Aussie with an Indian background.
I have never thought of myself as a photographer or anything like that, but I just thought I would share a few photos I took near the george street apple store Sydney (where I work) when I saw your advertisement for a photography scholarship on nat geo.

I was truly touched by the public’s response to the death of a remarkable human being. So I decided to capture it. To keep as a memory for the rest of my life.
As I was looking at the flowers and the messages left behind by every day people, I quickly spotted a note saying “We’ll give you mark zachinberg if you give us back steve jobs”. This instantly put a smile to my face despite the grief that I was in.

So I took out my Samsung phone and took a couple of photos. Again, I am not much of a photographer but I do know “any photo captured at the right time is invaluable”.

So yeah guys, please let me know if I am going to south Africa. Ahaha..

Niveditha Giri

PS: i am not much of a writter.
PSS: having said that i do talk a lot.
