A 'place' I have visited

Every time I am asked to describe my work I simply answer - I write and shoot. I graduated in two different fields - Medical Physics at the Sofia University and Cinema and TV Directing at The National Academy of Theatre and Film Art. Currently I am working on my cinema PhD at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. At the end of 2003 I published my first short stories in a book called "Vacuum". This was my first personal project. In 2004 I realized my first feature short film "A Look In The Eyes". At the end of 2005 I presented my first exhibition, called "Forms and Words". It was an experimental project, combining two different kinds of art - Haiku and Photography. Shortly afterwards I finished my first documentary film "We". In 2006 I wrote and directed my second short feature film "Praga 18". During the next several years I succeeded to make many other projects - "Drifting thoughts...", "A...", "Water", "Jam Session", "Run Out Of You", "Fight", my second exhibition "Writings" and the publications "The Art of Pinhole", "The New Producers". My latest project is my third photo exhibition "Contemporary dance".

Water is the ultimate substance that we are all connected from inside. This was a hot summer and a city fountain at the city center, where you could see how people just enjoy touching the water...

I learned filmmaking and photography, but still I could not make an important step forward, to improve and create. This opportunity will mean a giant step forward for me.
