My Photo scholarship 2010 entry

When volunteering to work on an Organic farm (WWOOFing) in East Iceland I had the fabulous opportunity to take photographs of the breath taking landscape. These photographs attempt capturing the beautiful and barren parts of Iceland as well as presenting a journey of ones own self, ideas and realisation of internal thought. Consistently central these images offer a mathematical and banal appeal in their lay-out as well as the minimal use of colour summoning the feeling of the unknown when travelling in Iceland.
