Photos: My Scholarship entry - Deer Rut

I am a photography student , who has been studying photography for over seven years now. I have always had a passion for the outdoors and wildlife , animals and environments intrigue me in a way that just twinges my curiosity and need to explore , I have been fortunate to participate within a photography internship in South Africa, which helped train and motivate me to a professional level , and enabled me to work with professionals. Since doing so I regularly motivate myself to participate in shoots from 4am to 12am , in the worst , and best conditions in order to catch the best shots you have to push yourself. I love to tell a story within my images and get people gathering questions on the animal and environment , by doing so I hope to encourage more people for a deeper passion for adventure and wildlife. I am a passionate photographer and will continue to peruse my dream , however receiving advice and a photo scholarship would give me an advantage in expanding my knowledge and progression , as well as influence my photography , enabling me to be one step closer to my career goals .

Photos: Around Thailand

I am currently studying a BA Photography degree at the University of Hertfordshire, I have a huge passion for photography and wish to gain as much knowledge and skills to help me advance as a Travel photographer. I have always loved travelling and wildlife , different cultures and climates intrigue me and my aim is to see as many beautiful places in the world as I can. Since my visit to Thailand in April this year , I was able to communicate and arrange a meeting with photographer Ashley Vincent , a well-known wildlife photographer , mostly established for his National Geographic Winning images. Being able to explore natural wildlife within Thailand with him and get up close and personal with the animals and understanding conservation and the importance of environments for these animals hugely inspired me. I believe this encounter truly helped me establish where I want to go within my own photographic career and wish direction I wish to push myself in for future progression.
