My First Journey - Paris

My kids have grown and left the house, most of the year. My oldest is on his own and a grown man and my youngest is a sophmore in college. I am home alone most of the time now and being a single parent for 17 years, I find I am enjoying it. I have wanted to travel my whole life but never took the money or the time, as kid stuff always seemed to come first. Not any more! Now is MY TIME!!!

I call myself GypsyLady because I see Gypsies as beautiful, a little wild and free. That describes me right now in my life pretty well.

My first international trip is to Paris with a short stop in London on the way home. My niece is living in Paris and is letting me stay in her apartment while she travels. I think in my other life, I was a worldly Parisian. At least I am pretending that is the case with a great apartment in downtown Paris near Notre Dame. Let the adventures begin!
