Hi,

Thought I’d better get my finger out and send you some pic’s. They taken from Cape Leveque, Middle Lagoon and our night out at Horizontal Falls. Also the white peacock I came across at the Derby Caravan Park

We are in Perth now, flew down from Broome will be going back to Broome on the 22^nd Oct then will make our way back to Darwin ready for work by the 7th Nov. So that’s the plan but we have something in the pot that might change that plan yet. Have to wait and see. All is good with us we have had a great 2 months seen same amazing places and meet some nice people weather could have been abit cooler but you cant have everything. Hope all is well with you.

Having a great time weather quite hot at Cape Leveque at the moment beautiful beach to swim at. Off to Middle Lagoon for 4 days no phone range out there just a beautiful white sandy bay to swim and snorkel at. It will be hard to take. .Some pic’s of you.

Journey through the Kimberley

Well here we are into our second week of our Kimberley trip. Having a great time even though it’s quite hot, around 38 most days, mind you it was a lot hotter in the Bungles; they tell us it’s up to 5 degrees hotter. The road into the Bungles it the worst road we have been on, it took us two & half hours to do 50k.Spent 3 days there could have spent more as we didn’t get to do the over night walk but it was to hot we did all the others.

We have canoed in Katherine Gorge done the walks in the Bungles and lots of site seeing. For the last three days we have been veging by a river at a place called Mambi Island which is between Wyndham & Kununurra on the Ord River. The cattle have been visiting our camp site a few times every day and the fresh water Croc’s have kept us entertained while we have been sitting on our banana lounges reading and napping. We are off to the Gibb River Road tomorrow. Will keep you up dated when we have range.
