When I first arrived in Jakarta. I was honest as a missing person who lost the forest. as long as I can, as I see it all-rise buildings. And it makes me panic because I did not know what I should do. Fortunately at that moment, my uncle gave little explanation about the city of Jakarta, so at least I was able to guess and figure out what I should do next. I ventured to walk along the edge of the buildings themselves an unaccompanied my uncle. When I want to cross, I am hard pressed to find Zebra Cross along the road. kitu so when I ventured to cross without using Zebra cross. and finally when I reached the middle of the sidewalk between the road separating the road from one another. I really tterjebak there. because it was a passing vehicle at high speed and endless. fortunately I was rescued as a father-my father to cross to the other side of the road. I was given a few suggestions for when I want to cross the bridge crossing should not pass through the street as I did earlier. after that I no longer dare to walk alone if I wanted to go anywhere, because I was so traumatized over the incident. after the incident there was another embarrassing incident when I was the first time in Jakarta. I then asked my uncle to get around town and go to the Mall for shopping. I was shocked when I saw a moving staircase called Escalator. The first time I set foot on the escalator I was shocked and I slipped because I fell and was consequently seen by many people. but the incident made me increasingly challenged to try again and finally I can do it. and consequences of events that I can ride an escalator without the help of my uncle.
of these two events that gave me many lessons about a city and technological advancement. and the incident has taught me many things and experiences that I can not forget. and if I recall these events sometimes my own smile and curse myself how stupid I was.
