Photos: Passport & Plate - Arroz Caldo

I only had one photo, I was making all by myself in my new house in Sydney.

However it's why I chose this recipe, because as social programming goes: I was making Arroz Caldo for someone who said they were feeling unwell.

They were actually just tired, but even the slightest hint they were sick and I was in cooking mode.

The pink bench top I think helped the egg stand out, no? I'm trying to imagine why the previous owner (a charity) thought pink would be nice; it was the 80s when the house was built but that's a whole other story.
