I am a 27 year old Australian female, a registered Pharmacist, but currently residing in Wales, living off savings. The move can only be explained by a chance meeting on Coogee Beach with a Welshman :)
Bored with my career, I have looked into other ventures and have asked myself what my passion really is. A health nut, I do enjoy keeping fit and healthy, but my real passion is to travel. The travel bug never leaves me! I love to delve into different cultures, experience different ways of life, learn the history, and soak up the scenery. In doing so, I aim to capture these moments through photographs in order to share such experiences with others. Travelling really does broaden the mind, and I get a buzz out of the constant challenges and learning curves encountered. A love of adventure and a willingness to learn are characteristics that I pride myself on, along with patience.
I am embarrassed to say I've only ever used basic cameras ($300 or less), and more recently, my iPhone. I would love to learn proper technique, try using different lens types etc, with guidance from a professional!
Ultimately, to become a professional travel photographer would be my dream job!
