Ingredients
dorado fish 250 gram
lemon
see salt
rosemary
olive oil
How to prepare this recipeFirst you clean the fish inside, after that you put inside pieces of lemon and some fresh rosemary. You rub the fish gently with see salt, and after that you put the fish on a backing paper (best results are with thin paper). Before you put the fish in the paper, you must put olive oil on the paper. Then you close the fish, it should be like a package, nothing to go out of it. You put it in a preheated oven for 25 min on 180C.
The story behind this recipeThis recipe is for one person, if you make a party you should have more pieces (depends of the number of persons you cook). This is more like Mediterranean dish.
