Amateur friends that I met in my travel introduced me to many photography knowledge including Black and White, RAW, LightRoom, helped me grow a lot! For a person who is self taught, I think I'm doing pretty good! I WON 4 Lonely Planet Publication Photo Challenge in the last 14 months, and 4 of them was taken by a point and shoot camera. Now I got a DSLR, I found my own style. I have great sense of composition that I believe I was born with it. I know I have a lot of potential, but I still need to learn a lot to fully use it. So I'm quite envious when my good friend told me how many inspiring photographers he's met in Danish School of Media and Journalism while studying photojournalism, cause my low and unstable income doesn't get me anywhere near these masters. By entering this competition for scholarship, hoping that I get the recognition, a chance for growth, and an open door to professional.
