Photos: My Scholarship entry - 让我告诉你一个故事 (Let me tell you a story)

My name is Ewa. I am a young, very open-minded and extremelly independent woman. No matter what kind of words I'm gonna use, I'm sure about one thing: my passion for travelling and photography can't be described. It must be felt and enjoyed. It can be caught with my camera.

I decided to share five photos from my unbelieveble trip to China. The trip was one of a kind not because of the architecture, not because of the buildings or museums I have visited. It was amazing because of the people. All very different, all very beautiful in their simplicity. I still remember looking them into their eyes, smiling at them. Each of my photos tells a story.

Taking part in this contest gives me a chance to share a tiny bit of my passion with you. It's a way to tell you something about myself, about who I am and how I see the world. It shows where I see the real beauty and where I find inspiration. The trip to Peruvian Amazon and having a chance to look at Jason Edwards at work would make my dreams come true and probably change my life forever. Finally, winning would mean that, for a moment, somebody looked "through my eyes" and appreciated what they saw there.
