My Scholarship entry - Through Local Eyes

Music!! I love discovering new music so I managed to dig and find myself some amazing folk music of where I am from(Rajasthan, India). But most people never pay attention to these musicians living in the desert and people know very little about them. They were hugely talented and could totally make a lot of mainstream artists run for their money. So I decided to go hang out with them and share what I found!
In terms of experience in filmmaking, I think I'm at the "Intermediate level". I have worked on several independent project in Delhi. I have just finished my diploma in filmmaking from MET Film School in London.
My ambition as a filmmaker is to be able to keep practicing and doing projects till I have learnt enough to be able to gain fluidity and clarity in my expression so that am able to produce work that stimulates all the senses!
I live only to gain new experiences,I am passionate about travel, music and people. Winning this scholarship would give me an opportunity to express my passion for all of these. So I think I'll be able to do the best possible job I can,here. The carnival is one of the biggest celebration there is and to be there and share it would be so awesome!
