A Journey Through Time https://journals.worldnomads.com/emilypeters/ Tue, 14 Apr 2026 22:53:05 GMT World Nomads Adventures I am a recent Ancient History and Egyptology graduate currently working three jobs to save for a huge global adventure (beginning autumn 2015). I am planning on bringing my camera with me to document the entire experience - in the mediums of photography, film and writing - which will include teaching in Asia, exploring in Aus and roadtripping through America. I've wanted to do this since I was 14, as two of my greatest passions are travelling and photography. During my time at university I ran our photography society (membership of which increased by over 200% during my time as President) and travelled as much as I could whilst studying. One particular trip, a seven day excursion to Greece (during which time we visited over 35 ancient sites across the entire country) stuck with me and this is why I chose it as my entry. I am a passionate, cheerful and creative individual with a long-felt adoration for travel and photography, and I feel I should be chosen because I fully appreciate the unique and life-changing experience this would be.
