newbie

I am not a story teller, however I have a personal journey that started a number of years ago. I left a very comfortable life style by North American standards, because I was and am unfulfilled as a person. I am writing about my journey because I believe it will provide further evidence of movement, for myself.

My understanding is that travel will possibly provide insight to a more satisfying existence. I have traveled very little, in 2010 I spent 31/2 months in Australia and New Zealand.

If I can overcome my separation anxiety, leaving my known for the unknown, I am traveling to Europe starting early January for an estimated 6 months. Very little itinerary, however I have researched some destinations.

Well, I know, such a small step for the initiated, for me momentous.
