Photos: My Scholarship entry - Working remote in Australia has its benefits

I have combined my career as a chef and my passion for photography and set out working in remote and beautiful locations around Australia. I try and think of a place that is hard to get to for the average person and then look for resorts, lodges, retreats or any such place that requires a chef and apply for work. Then in my free time I take loads of photos! Lately I have begun travelling more abroad and have spend my time off in South East Asia travelling and taking photos. I am doing this purely out of passion and dedicate all of my resources towards travel and photography gear, How ever I dream that one day I can put down my Chef Knives and pick up the camera permanently.
