I try and think of a place that is hard to get to for the average person and then look for resorts, lodges, retreats or any such place that requires a chef and apply for work. Then in my free time I take loads of photos! Lately I have begun travelling more abroad and have spend my time off in South East Asia travelling and taking photos.
