Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

My first trip overseas was to South America back in 2006. We visited Peru (among other countries) which was absolutely amazing. As a child I watched a cartoon called 'The cities of gold' which was based in South America around the Incas and it inspired me to travel and explore as an adult so I made sure my first trip o.s was to Peru.
Every day in Peru was a new and wonderful experience and everyday there were hundreds of photo opportunities for me. The people, food, music, ancient history and sights just blew me away and I recommend anyone who loves to travel should go there one day.
I love photography, travel, ancient history, experiencing different cultures and live my life for my next trip overseas so I can take thousands of photos, (much to the annoyance of my hubby) so a purpose built photography trip is literally my dream come true. I know I was born to do this and if given the chance I will not disappoint!
