I would describe myself as a motivated, ambitious and determined person who is willing to learn and work hard to achieve something in life. I would also describe myself as easy going, very competitive (when it comes to competing in a sporting event) and I am a straight talking person. I am also the kind of person that does not fuss or moan about any task that is given to me and I like to go the extra mile.

One of my biggest dreams is to travel around every continent in the world and learn about the different cultures that are around us. We live in a world today that is rapidly becoming materialistic and westernized and I believe that some cultures have lost their way, so when I see tribes across the world on television that still live with their old traditions and beliefs, it really makes me happy that they are not following the crowd.

I believe that I should win this Film Scholarship because I am easy to work with and in the past I have done a few showreels. Plus it would be a great opportunity and huge honour to work with Brian Rapsey and gain experience. It would be nice to travel to Colombia because it is a country that has not had a good reputation with the civil war, the FARC and drug cartels. However in recent years, I have seen and heard that it has become a tourist destination despite all its problems.
