I have been photographing for 4 years. I am currently studying Photography at Edinburgh College and hopefully go onto do a degree in the coming years. I love nature and have been brought up in an animal loving household. My Mother was a veterinary nurse and both my parents have had a love for photography themselves. I have never visited the Peruvian Amazon before but it would be a dream for me to fill up my portfolio with photographs from such a beautiful part of the world. I mostly photograph people/places, also a love street photography and documentary photography. I also do landscapes if I ever travel to anywhere remote from the UK. Travelling is something I love doing. I have been to South America before and photographed the world cup in Rio De Janeiro. I use film and digital, and have a broad range of cameras from a Hasselblad to a Leica M. I have a Canon with a 400 to 800 lens which i would bring with me if I am chosen for the assignment. I am featured on the Leica blog as of May 2013. That was a real breakthrough for me and my love for photography. I will be travelling to the US (July-August 2014) But I will cancel/change dates if this clashes with the Assignment.
