Visiting the Occupy Camp https://journals.worldnomads.com/ciarancollins/ Sun, 26 Apr 2026 23:53:53 GMT World Nomads Adventures Growing up in Northern Ireland with a very inquisitive nature I found myself in many situations, which retrospectively provided unlimited subject material of both political and natural interest. I often think about the varied travels I have undertaken before I found my love of photography. Most poignant for me would be the few months spent in northern Ghana in my early 20s with only a disposable camera to hand. I have since learned that nothing compares to the affinity I feel when I have my camera in hand and the pride of creating unique works. I am dedicated to acquiring and practicing new techniques to improve on my self taught basics. I try to travel as much as possible as I love capturing landscapes and natural history with an emphasis on unique vantage points and strong composition. I am currently in the (very) early stages of creating a website to showcase my work and would wholeheartedly embrace the opportunity to work with such a prolific artist as Jason.
