Photos: My Scholarship entry - A 'place' I have visited

Hi,

I´m 31 year old portuguese citizen currently living in Lisbon and I have an academic background in architecture.

In my spare time I like to do the following: painting, drawing, reading, sports (cycling, mountain bike, running, etc), reading, travelling and of course photography.

Since very young I´ve always been interested in the National Geographic (NG) magazines and lately in the NG tv channel. Even now I get fascinated with some pictures from NG photographers, specially those from remote destinations.

Despite being just an amateur photographer with a simple digital camera, I believe I´m the right person for this assignment: I´m a quick learning and self disciplined person in a very good physical condition, with a great capacity do adapt myself to many different conditions, used to sleep just a few hours in order to get a job done and willing to be monitorized by the best (e.g. Jason Edwards).

Besides that, Greenland has always been one of my dream destinations.
