Like many other towns in Cornwall, Newquay is a place that many thousands of people experience temporarily through their holidays. However, many of these people are not holidaymakers. They are surfers who are dedicated to their sport and this is what has changed Newquay the most. Many of the surfing community have chosen to live there all year round to fulfill their dream of being able to surf whenever they want.
