My father is Iranian and my mother has scottish roots. I studied Fine art photography at university and received my degree in 2009. I've been a junior 360 product photographer for the past 2 and a half years. I'm currently working for free as a behind the scenes documentary/still photographer on set of a movie starring Jason Flemyng in Greece at the moment. I'm also making a travel film on the Island of Aegina, where we are filming. I started off as a drawer/painter and have the ambition to make films. I bought my own DSLR in 2009 and began shooting video - weddings/documentary/home video. I've been filming my own documentary on a british eccentric for the past 5 years. I feel there are many paths I can take at the moment in my life. I've gained about all I can from product photography and I feel a huge urge to get out there and experience different cultures and people. I also would like to travel to Iran. I was never very academic at school. I now feel very eager to learn in my life. I completed 12 short courses last year and am always seeking the opportunity to learn and grow.
